Our Parish Church: St John's, Harrow
Saint Jérôme Church of England Bilingual School is proud of its close links with our parish church, St John's, Harrow.
St John’s is a place where the doors are open to everyone, whatever their background or tradition. It is a welcoming church family that seeks to love God, love our neighbours, and share the good news of Jesus Christ in everyday life. It hopes to help everyone, especially those who live and work in Harrow, discover the significance of Jesus for themselves, and it offers a hand of friendship to anyone in need.
We are grateful to Revd Wendy Wall (Vicar at St John’s) who is also one of our foundation governors, and to Revd Ajay More (Associate Vicar at St John's). They regularly come into school to lead collective worship with our pupils. Through the year, the whole school community gathers at St John’s for special services, including Harvest and Christmas. These shared moments help our children experience worship as part of a living church family, and show our vision of God’s love for all people in action, beyond our school gates.
