Road Safety

We wish to remind all our families of the importance of road safety. Keeping the children safe whilst crossing the road especially outside of school when they may be distracted by seeing their friends is especially important. There are a number of pedestrian crossings on the roads leading to our school, these should always be used.

BBC Bitesize have an age appropriate road safety short videos which are available below which will help reinforce this essential aspect of your child’s development.

We do not believe it is appropriate for our children to cross the roads around the school unsupervised and would urge all families to ensure their children are supervised at all times whilst arriving and leaving the school site.
