Site Manager
Scale 6 NJC18 £30,699
Full Time 36 hours per week Monday – Friday 52 weeks per year
(working hours to be agreed)
Start date – September 2023
29 days holiday to be taken during school holidays or periods of closure
We are seeking to appoint a conscientious, diligent and professional Site Manager to join our busy school from September 2023. Ideally you will have experience of working within a school environment but this may not be essential for the successful candidate.
The main responsibilities of this role will include managing the Site Team to ensure that the school is maintained to a high standard, dealing with day to day maintenance issues, developing strategic maintenance and improvement plans with the School Business Manager, ensuring that all statutory and compliance checks are undertaken, and liaising with contractors during improvement and repair projects.
The successful candidate will ideally have relevant health and safety training, but further training and professional development opportunities will be available for the appointed candidate.
