Cross Country Competition

26 Nov 2024

On Tuesday 26th November 2024, 28 children from Year 5 and Year 6 represented St Jérôme at our first inter-school cross country competition at Newton Park. This was the largest group we have taken so far to participate and it was definitely worth it.

All the children did fantastically; they cheered for, supported and looked after each other throughout and in between the races. Each child experienced individual successes against others and against themselves, pushing themselves further than they thought possible. We await the final results, which will be posted on the sport’s notice board and will feature in an upcoming Quill. This is the first of three cross country competitions this year, so get out in the mud, and go run!

Our Pre-Loved Uniform Shop

3 Nov 2024

The Pre-Loved Uniform shop has been going from strength to strength. It is encouraging to see how popular it has become and great to know how many good quality clothes are having a new life rather than going to cluttering up landfill. Donations are always welcome. Please leave them at reception.

When ordering from the shop, please state what size(s) you require as this enables us to process your order more quickly.  Please send any order requests to [email protected]. Orders will be processed in the order that they are received, usually on the following Tuesday or Wednesday morning and items will be available to collect later that week. Cash only. You will receive a confirmation email once your items are ready to collect.
